Sungmin of Super Junior has officially ended his exclusive contract with SM Entertainment, marking the end of a 20-year journey with the company.
On April 30, SM Entertainment released a statement confirming the departure, expressing gratitude for Sungmin’s time with them—from his early trainee days to his years as a singer and performer. The agency stated, “We are grateful to Sungmin for being with us for over 20 years… We will continue to support his music endeavors and new beginnings.”
