Kim Bora Divorce Confirmed by Snow Company
During the wrap-up interview for her drama Death to Snow White – Black Out in October 2023, Kim Bora opened up about her decision to marry at a relatively young age. “I wanted to show that marriage isn’t as different or scary as I imagined. Of course, I was nervous—nervous about growing up in my imagination. But in reality, nothing felt that different,” she explained.
Reflecting on how marriage changed her emotionally, Kim said, “After getting married, I became more honest with my feelings. My defenses came down when interacting with people. You’re not just marrying one person, you’re marrying into a family. Getting close to them was harder than work.” She also mentioned how her in-laws could understand her quickly, even when she didn’t explain her struggles in detail.
Kim Bora began her acting career in 2005 as a child actress in the drama Wedding. Over the years, she has built an impressive resume with roles in dramas like Who Are You: School 2015, The King in Love, Buam-dong Revenge Club, SKY Castle, Flowers That Bloom at Night, and Death to Snow White – Black Out. She has also directed films including Gang, Blow Me Away, and Grotesque Mansion.
Snow Company closed its statement with a respectful request: “We sincerely ask that you refrain from indiscriminate speculation, sensationalized reports, and spreading falsehoods in this regard. Thank you.”
