Singer BIBI is doubling the intensity with two title tracks in her upcoming album.
Her second full-length album, EVE: ROMANCE, set to drop on May 14, will be fronted by dual title songs: “Apple Tree of the Apocalypse” and “Bookstore Literature Girl.” With these tracks, BIBI dives into the contradictions and dualities of love—its beginnings and endings, idealism and reality, warmth and desolation.
This new project reflects BIBI’s evolving artistry, as she explores how love transforms us. The songs embody opposing emotional tones, giving the album a layered structure that mirrors the many faces of romantic experience. “Apple Tree of the Apocalypse” opens with the existential line, “Before there was love, what made us?” With a subtle vocal tone and resonant instrumentation, the track delves into what emotions arise before love even exists.

Meanwhile, “Bookstore Literature Girl” (also translated as “Bookstore Brother Literary Girl”) lightens the mood with humorous observations and quirky metaphors, giving a more grounded, playful look at romance through BIBI’s distinctive lens. It captures the push and pull of intimacy with realism and charm.
The album spans 14 tracks in total, including six brand new songs and previously released material. Once again, BIBI showcases her multifaceted talents—writing, composing, and producing the album herself. At its core, EVE: ROMANCE presents a narrative between two alter-egos: ‘EVE’ and ‘EVE-1,’ who express clashing perspectives on love, adding depth to the emotional storytelling.
Following the success of her viral hit “Bam Yang Gang,” BIBI is set to craft another unforgettable emotional journey with EVE: ROMANCE.
