SBS’s The Haunted Palace continues its winning streak in the ratings race, reaching its highest numbers yet on May 9.

The fantasy romance drama soared in popularity with its most recent episode, edging close to double digits. According to Nielsen Korea, the episode scored a nationwide average rating of 9.8%, marking not only a personal best for the series but also making it the most-watched program across all genres on Friday. It also claimed the top spot among all weekly miniseries.

In contrast, MBC’s Crushology 101, which airs in the same Friday evening slot, showed a slight improvement as it entered the final stretch of its run. The latest episode climbed to a nationwide average rating of 1.2%.
