Resident Playbook Q&A Delivers Laughs and Surprises
The Resident Playbook Q&A gave fans an exclusive look into the off-screen chemistry of the cast through Netflix’s popular “10-Second Interview.” In this special segment, actors Go Youn-jung, Kang You-seok, Shin Si-a, Han Ye-ji, and Jung Jun-won answered rapid-fire questions, blending humor with heartfelt reflections on their characters and relationships.
Behind the Characters in Resident Playbook Q&A
When asked who most closely resembles their character, Jung Jun-won didn’t hesitate to say it was Han Ye-ji, comparing her directly to Mi-rae. Laughing, Han Ye-ji agreed, “There’s honestly no difference.” Go Youn-jung chimed in, saying, “She’s completely in sync with Mi-rae. It’s actually impressive.”
The two also shared that their on-screen dynamic comes naturally, as their real-life friendship often mirrors the bickering of Mi-rae and Jang Dong-hwa. “We argue in real life too,” Ye-ji joked, “so when we read the script, it feels like we’re just playing ourselves.”
When the cast was asked who would be the band’s lead singer if they formed one, the group unanimously picked Go Youn-jung. Blushing, she admitted, “I like singing, so I took lessons… but honestly, I’m still tone-deaf,” sparking laughter from everyone.

The banter continued as the cast revealed who fumbled lines the most. All eyes turned to Jung Jun-won. “There was one scene where I messed up five times in a row,” he confessed. Han Ye-ji backed him up, adding, “That was a tough one for him.”
When it came to who was most different from their role, Kang You-seok took the title. “Do-won is so serious,” he explained. “But I’m actually really cheerful and expressive.” Go Youn-jung added, “You-seok is always smiling—completely opposite of Do-won.”
As for who was most like their role, the answer circled back to Han Ye-ji. “Ye-ji is literally Mi-rae,” laughed Go Youn-jung. “She’s stepped right out of the script.”
Cast Chemistry, Personalities, and Romantic Hints
The Q&A also revealed deeper character insights. Go Youn-jung described herself as being “about 50% like Yi-young,” saying, “I’m more outgoing, while Yi-young keeps things bottled up.” Jung Jun-won shared a similar view, noting, “Sa-bi doesn’t express emotions much, but he’s matured a lot.”
On a lighter note, their MBTI types were revealed—Go Youn-jung is an ISFP, while Jung Jun-won is an INTP. “That’s so boring!” teased Han Ye-ji. “He’s like an AI, not even human.”
When it came to who talks the most off-camera, Go Youn-jung was the clear favorite. Laughing, she admitted, “I talk nonstop when we’re eating. I just really like talking over food.”
To cap things off, a playful question about romance was tossed in: does Do-won have feelings for Yi-young? “Just 10%,” Kang You-seok replied with a grin. The teasing comment sparked speculation from fans eagerly watching for sparks between the two characters.
