Our Movie Episode 7 Recap: Da-eum’s Secret Exposed

Our Movie Episode 7 begins with a scene from the Love in White remake as Da-eum’s Gyu-won tries to convince Jung-woo’s Hyun-sang of her love. Meanwhile, Je-ha imagines himself in the same scene — acknowledging feelings for Da-eum but insisting he’s unworthy of love. Back in the present, Seo-yeong pressures Da-eum for answers, but Eun-ho interrupts, offering Da-eum a ride home. Seung-won taunts Je-ha about Da-eum, threatening scandal, but Je-ha brushes it off as a director spending time with his actor. Still, seeing Da-eum and Eun-ho together stirs his jealousy, though Da-eum ultimately goes home alone.

At home, Da-eum tells Gyu-young that she feels nothing for Eun-ho now. Gyu-young teases her about her “mystery kisser,” leaving Da-eum flustered.

Later, Je-ha groups Da-eum’s scenes to tighten her schedule. AD Hong finds it unfair, but Seung-won supports the move, using it to jab at Da-eum. Elsewhere, Agent Go works with Reporter Noh to dig up dirt on Da-eum, ignoring Seo-yeong’s protests that this won’t help win Da-eum over.

When Je-ha and Da-eum are set to meet, Eun-ho invites her to lunch. She brings him to lunch with Je-ha, making things awkward. Eun-ho later tries to ask her out again, but she runs off to watch a movie with Je-ha instead. She encourages him to take breaks and they laugh about the film’s press tours and awards, but beneath the smiles, her feelings stay complicated.

Je-ha later visits Jin-yeo, finally confronting her about the plagiarism scandal. She cryptically asks why Love in White was his father’s last film and clarifies she was neither muse nor mistress.

Reporter Noh investigates Da-eum at Hankuk University but finds nothing solid. He visits Gyu-young, who flees, then plans to question Dr Lee next.

On Day 1 of filming, Da-eum documents the prep and teases nervous Je-ha to calm him down. She works naturally with the cast and crew, drawing on her own hospital experiences to deliver realistic acting. Investor Han jokes about her being “too convincing,” which raises Seung-won’s suspicion.

At lunch, both Je-ha and Eun-ho try to sit with Da-eum while Jae-in watches jealously. Eun-ho, fixing Da-eum’s camera, finds recordings of Je-ha, which only fuels his determination to win her over.

Meanwhile, Je-ha bonds with veteran actor Hyun-chul, who reveals that Jin-yeo was curious about Je-ha and his late father Du-young often spoke of his wife. Ms Jo apologizes to Cameraman Cheol-min for her drunken antics and their exchange hints at a budding romance.

After filming, Eun-ho and Jae-in chat in the lobby with other crew. She tries to stir gossip about Da-eum and Je-ha, but Eun-ho shuts her down. By the pool, Agent Hong shares an umbrella with Jun-byoung in the rain — their rapport softening.

Je-ha overhears Eun-ho confronting Jae-in about spreading rumors that Da-eum slept with Je-ha for the role. Eun-ho admits he likes Da-eum. This leaves Je-ha reflecting on whether he could ever openly accept his feelings like Eun-ho does.

Our Movie Episode 7 ends with Seo-yeong confronting Da-eum in her hotel room, catching her trying to swallow a “prop” pill. Je-ha arrives just as Seo-yeong demands answers for keeping Da-eum’s secret. Da-eum breaks down and admits the truth: she only has four months left.
