The agency expressed its regret, stating, “We sincerely apologize for delivering this sudden news to fans who waited for the show.” Originally titled ‘2025 Soojin Fan Meeting: Meet You in Shanghai’, the event was scheduled to take place on November 15, 2025.

BRD Entertainment also assured fans that ticket refunds and related procedures will be processed in coordination with the event organizer and the ticketing platform. Fans are encouraged to check upcoming announcements for further details regarding refunds and logistics.
