ADOR Submits NewJeans Album Song List to Court Amid Contract Dispute
ADOR NewJeans album song list details have surfaced, revealing that ADOR, a label under HYBE, has completed demo work for NewJeans’ upcoming full-length album and submitted the song list to the court. This move appears to be an effort by ADOR to demonstrate that it is continuing to fulfill its management and production duties for the group, even as the ongoing exclusive contract dispute remains unresolved.
According to legal sources on October 31, ADOR submitted the new song list for NewJeans to the Seoul Central District Court back in July. Following the court’s ruling upholding NewJeans’ exclusive contract, ADOR stated on the 30th that preparations for the group’s full-length album were complete and that they were “currently waiting.” This suggests the submitted list likely includes at least five new tracks.

The submitted materials reportedly consist of MR (instrumental) tracks prepared before adding the members’ vocal recordings. Since NewJeans announced the termination of their exclusive contract on November 28 last year and has yet to return to ADOR, no recording work has been done. Instead, the song list was submitted as evidence to prove that ADOR is fulfilling its role as the group’s producer.
ADOR’s representatives also confirmed the authenticity of the songs when the court directly verified the list during the main trial in July, further solidifying the label’s claim of having met its contractual production obligations.
