MBC entertainment personality Jeong Hyung-don and global star G-Dragon have reunited once again, rekindling their legendary chemistry—this time through YouTube.
On May 3, Jeong Hyung-don’s agency confirmed, “G-Dragon will be appearing on Jeong Hyung-don’s YouTube channel ‘Untitled TV by Jeong Hyung-don.’” The upcoming content marks their reunion just two months after their appearance on the MBC variety show Good Day.
Good Day, produced by renowned PD Kim Tae-ho, followed G-Dragon as he met people from various walks of life, drawing inspiration for new music. Jeong Hyung-don made a notable guest appearance, stepping in with the familiar motherly support he once showed G-Dragon on television—delivering laughs and nostalgic moments to viewers.
Jeong Hyung-don was part of the show’s first episode, reviving iconic moments with G-Dragon reminiscent of their past antics. A standout scene featured the duo throwing vintage accessories around Seoul’s Dongmyo Market, sparking memories among long-time fans of their earlier collaborations.
The duo originally paired up as “Hyung Yong Don Jyong” during the 2013 Infinite Challenge music festival, where they released the parody track “Going to Try.” Their unexpected but endearing chemistry made waves in both the music and variety world, ultimately earning them the Best Couple Award at the 2013 MBC Entertainment Awards.
Twelve years since their unforgettable team-up, G-Dragon and Jeong Hyung-don continue to share an unbreakable bond. Fans are now eager to see what kind of chemistry—or “kemi”—the two will showcase next through this long-awaited YouTube content.
