tvN’s new romantic comedy The Divorce Insurance continues to generate buzz, and this time, it’s thanks to two star-studded cameos.

Actors Han Sun Hwa and Kwak Si Yang will be making special appearances in the drama, portraying Gu Mi Rae and Shin Hyun Jae — a married couple teetering on the edge of divorce. Their storyline is expected to bring emotional intensity and humor to the show’s upcoming episode.

The Divorce Insurance stars Lee Dong Wook as Noh Ki Jun, an insurance actuary who has been through three divorces himself. Drawing from his personal experiences, he comes up with the idea of “divorce insurance” as part of an innovative product development team at Plus Insurance.

On April 11, the production team released stills teasing Han Sun Hwa and Kwak Si Yang’s characters. The couple’s troubled relationship will present the insurance team with a major challenge, leading to compelling developments and heartfelt moments.

Producers commented, “As the divorce insurance team faces their biggest crisis yet, Han Sun Hwa and Kwak Si Yang will make a powerful impact with their arrival as a married couple with an unusual story who is at risk of getting divorced.”

They added, “It will be entertaining to watch the task force step up for the sake of these two people.”
