HYBE LABELS JAPAN’s highly anticipated J-pop boy group aoen has officially confirmed its debut date: June 11, 2025.

Formed through the audition program “応援-HIGH夢” (Support-HIGH), aoen consists of seven final members: YUJU, RUKA, GAKU, HAKU, SOTA, KYOSUKE, and REO.

Leading the team is YUJU, described as the group’s eldest member, who has dreamed of becoming an artist since the age of four. Each member brings unique charm and talent to the group:

• GAKU energizes the group with his bright personality and sharp sense of humor.
• HAKU impresses with a dancer’s physique and ballet background.
• SOTA captivates with his mysterious aura and striking visuals.
• KYOSUKE contributes a balance of vocals, dance, and visuals.
• REO charms fans with his high tones and emotive expressions.
• RUKA rounds out the team with strong presence and performance skills.

Their debut single, titled “The Blue Sun”, reflects the group’s concept and name. The term aoen combines “ao” (blue) and “en” (flame), referencing the hottest and brightest part of a flame — a metaphor for their passion and energy. It also stands for their goal to “support others with sun-like energy.”
