Nana Home Intruder Case Sparks Shock After Violent Break-In
The Nana home intruder case has become a major point of concern after a frightening break-in that occurred on November 15. According to reports, the perpetrator used a ladder he had prepared in advance to climb up to Nana’s apartment balcony around 6 AM and entered through an unlocked door. Once inside, he encountered Nana’s mother and immediately as*lted** her by threatening her with a weapon and choking her, turning the peaceful home into a scene of panic and danger.
Nana, who was asleep at the time, woke to the sound of screams. When she stepped out of her room, she saw a small-built man in his 20s choking her mother. The terrifying confrontation forced Nana and her mother into a desperate struggle to protect themselves and stop the intruder from causing further harm.
During the altercation, Nana and her mother managed to overpower the perpetrator by grabbing both of his arms. In the struggle, the intruder sustained an injury to his jaw area. Shockingly, he later filed an as*lt** charge against both women. After evaluating the incident, police determined that the situation clearly fell under Article 21(1) of the Criminal Act, which recognizes legitimate self-defense. Because of this, authorities did not book Nana or her mother on any charges.

The intruder then attempted to claim that police failed to properly read him his rights during the arrest and requested a review of the legality of his detention. Fortunately, the court rejected his challenge, allowing the investigation to proceed without disruption.
As the case continues, the perpetrator now insists that he entered the home without realizing it belonged to Nana, had no prior connection to the family, and committed the crime purely due to financial desperation. These statements have raised more questions about his motives and whether he had targeted the residence deliberately.
