Lee Sol-yi, wife of comedian Park Sung-kwang, recently shared candid insights into her wellness journey and post-cancer self-care through an interactive Q&A on social media.
On the 3rd, Lee hosted a “Ask Me Anything” session via her personal account, answering fans’ questions with honesty and warmth. When asked if she ever indulges in cravings for foods like ramen, she replied, “Just eat it. A few bites among many good meals won’t hurt. I often crave delicious food like that. I try not to eat it too often, but maybe once a year is okay.”
Another fan who had completed breast cancer treatment in 2022 asked for tips on hair care during recovery. Lee, who previously revealed her own battle with cancer, responded with empathy and detailed advice. “I live on protein,” she said. “I constantly eat beans, tofu, natto, eggs—anything to nourish my body. I also take protein supplements. For hair care, I switched to products with no chemicals.”
When asked how she manages cravings for sweets and sugary drinks, Lee responded with humility. “I’m not completely free from them either,” she admitted. “If I’m desperate, I rely on supplements and nibble just a little—like a bird.”
Lee Sol-yi married Park Sung-kwang in 2020. She recently revealed that she was diagnosed with cancer three years ago and underwent chemotherapy. Through her openness, she continues to inspire fans with her resilience and practical health management tips.
