Resident Playbook Episode 11 picks up with Do-won and I-yeong searching for an apartment near the hospital. At a real estate office, they unknowingly meet Dr. Do Jae-hak, who’s trying to sell his house. Mistaking him for a scammer, they leave confused despite his sincere attempt. Later, while dining out, the couple jumps into action to save a customer who starts choking—an act that will soon go viral.
Back at the hospital, the new OB-GYN nurse spots Do-won and I-yeong together. Luckily, she keeps their relationship a secret for now. Meanwhile, Nam-kyung continues trying to recruit Tak Gi-on into OB-GYN, but Gi-on still isn’t swayed. I-yeong also finds herself working under Professor Geum Sae-byeok, a pregnant workaholic who refuses to slow down despite her approaching due date.

Elsewhere, Jae-il pretends to have a frozen leg just to keep Sa-bi nearby, showing his growing affection for her. He also captures a touching moment between two elderly sisters, one of whom is battling cancer, offering them a bittersweet keepsake.
During a family dinner, I-yeong unexpectedly runs into Nam-kyung, who ends up meeting her sister and brother-in-law. Later, Professor Geum is finally admitted to the hospital but continues pushing herself. During an emergency delivery, Nam-kyung and another doctor’s passionate commitment impresses Gi-on, who starts rethinking his decision.
When Professor Geum is rushed into surgery, she asks I-yeong to suture for her—a moment of trust that I-yeong handles well. That night, I-yeong frequently checks in on her condition, showing just how much she cares. It’s also revealed that I-yeong and the new nurse share a painful history: I-yeong once defended her from assault, though hospital rumors distorted the story.
By the next day, Sa-bi realizes Do-won and I-yeong live together after receiving the same address from both. Meanwhile, Nam-kyung hears Do-won call I-yeong his sister-in-law. As the three residents (minus I-yeong) watch a viral video of the couple saving the restaurant customer, the puzzle pieces fall into place—Do-won and I-yeong are dating, they’re in-laws, and they live together.
